If you don't plan to stream, choose "Optimize just for recording. When you launch OBS for the first time, if you haven't already, you will be asked whether you want to optimize it for streaming or recording only. To do this, type in Xbox Game Bar and open the application. Alternatively, you can use the search function in the task bar to find the program. Then, hold down the Windows + G keys at the same time to launch the screen recording tool in Windows 10. However, you can also use OBS to record the entire screen in Windows 10 or Windows 11 and save it as an MP4 file, without ever streaming what you do.ฤก.
